Returns Policy

                          RETURN POLICY

Mixtape Deals offers a 20 day return policy to its customers. A customer has a right to return the product if he or she is not satisfied with it, stating the reasons why the product is being returned.The product can also be returned if it is not working or if it came damaged to the customer. The company gives each and every customer that purchases it's products , a 20 day warranty. The company will not be acceping  any returns brought to it after the 20 days have passed. The product will only be accepted if it was brought back undamaged (the box of the product as well as the product should not be damaged by the customer).  The product should not have scratches and must be clean 

In the case of a return the company will refund the customer or give the customer a new product as an exchange and a 15% discount of any purchase made on products that cost above R400. Returned products can be given to the courier service that brought the good or product to the customer so that they will transport it to the company or it can be brought by the customer to the company with proof of purchase.

Summary of returning rules.

• Product must not be damaged.
• Product must be in its original box with all the accessories that came with it still inside ( it is recommended that you keep the box of  the product safe for the 20 days.
• There must be no scratches made by the customer on the product.
• It must be clean.
• The customer must first accept our offer of an exchange, further talks can be held if the customer doesn't want an exchange.
